TERMS & CONDITIONS
Southern Cross Catering offers a
professional and complete catering service specializing in Weddings,
Engagement parties, corporate functions and more. To ensure
the
satisfaction of you the customer and your guests we have designed
certain policies to ensure a smoothly run function.
Tentative Bookings
Tentative
bookings are encouraged but can only be held for a maximum of 7
days. After this the booking will be made available to other
clients.
Confirmation of
Booking
To confirm a booking you
will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of $300. If
this
deposit is not received or you have not made arrangements to pay the
deposit then your booking may be offered to other clients.
Please
note that once you have paid your deposit we can then fix the price of
your catering. This deposit is used as part payment of your
catering and will be deducted off your final catering bill.
Cancelling a Booking
If you cancel within your booking your deposit will not be refunded at
it is a non refundable deposit.
Confimation of Numbers
An
indication of the number of guests will be required when you confirm
your booking. Final numbers will be required no later than 7
days
prior to your function. This will be the minimum number of
guests
you will be charged for, should the numbers increase then you will be
required to pay for any extras.
Payment of Catering
Payment
of your catering requirements account in full is required on
confirmation of final numbers, no later than 7 days prior to your
function. Please note that the number confirmed at this time
will
be the least amount paid for. If extras attend they will be
required to be paid for. Payments should be made at the kitchen and
made payable to Southern Cross Catering.
Damages
Unfortunately
on occasion accidental damage may occur and whilst regrettable it is
necessary to redeem the cost of repair or in some instances
replacement. Please note this is a very rare occurrence
